Thousand Thoughts. Speechless Expression.

Hello Readers.

Well today was Tuesday, it was another day of biomechanic module lesson and we covered topics regarding projectiles and how vertical and horizontal velocity will play a part in affecting the situation. With formulas and new information being received, we had a busy day decoding the knowledge we gained. Rather a fruitful lesson.

After school, went to meet a friend who was injured and very hungry for food. Accompanied her to McDonald's and chat awhile till her friend came to look for her. Late evening took bus and headed home. Tired.

Some thoughts in my head:
- Personally I was rather surprised that I didn't reacted to those insults as what I think I would have done. Felt really glad that I really had changed for the better.
- Anger was not the treatment to problems and I'm happy that I gained that knowledge.
- Lastly, If my personalty have not changed, I guess the situation tonight will be drastic. So thank god nothing happened.

We were fast and ended work early ...

Deployment @ Joo Chiat Road ...

Previously in Visa Deployment ~

Got arranged in a team with Fiona and Karen to settle the places in joo chiat road, Katong Mall and joo chiat place area for our deployment...

Gotta say the deployment was BORING ! The places we headed really is long and far , walk till tired man. Bodoh !!!

BUT but but ...

We saw sooo many nice cakes and pastries shops there luh! damn nice.shall bring girls go there eat some day.reasonable prices and it looks nice to munch on ! haha ~

had donuts at Donut Empire while we were about to finish the whole deployment. Relaxed*

Met up with winnie and huda and we took long's van back home. Phew TIRED Can !!! LOL ~

Tuesday's Night Ride

Yesterday Tuesday Night went to have a short ride with Team MidPoint Cyclists. Considered a easy but tiring ride for me because its at NIGHT ! Damn. my muscles and body systems really cannot perform at night when its so cooling man. I guess i did too much heat acclimazation trainings already. LOL !

MOE Back Pack Study In Progress ...

Last wednesday we went back to the Human Performance Laboratory to conduct our Pilot Run for the back pack study to examine which are the muscles we want to focus and research on for this project. The pictures you see are heart rate monitors that is being strapped on with the electrodes pasted at the designated muscles to track muscle activations. cool right ? It is fun !!!

Something caught on fire at HOME !!!

Was preparing for my ride at night with the Biking Ig boys . Intended to dry my FOX Gloves in a " faster " manner and actually placed it on top of the Phillips Infra-Care therapy Machine. The direct contact of the material and heat created a intense heat which eventually burned my gloves !!! WTF MAN !!! My parents room was thoroughly filled with smoke...

Being soooo Sian over my burned gloves , i went Chapter 2 Cycle and bought a new Fly F16 MotoCross Gloves and went ride after that. smiles !

Visa Depolyment ...

Just got this job whereby its called "Visa Deployment Project". We had to go around Singapore and look for Visa merchants and introduce them the new Visa outlook of the symbol and give them the new stickers and stuffs. It is so far one of the nicest job I have ever done because we are working around with our friends which is all polytechnic students and its fun ! Travelling around and communicating with people is really a experience we will be never forget. Nice~

Holidays Ended. Its Time To Excel.

Hello Readers.

Finally im back blogging after being away for a few days working on the visa deployment project and also doing my own cycling trainings. Have been slacking and cycling at the same time during the holidays, feeling so restless and tired mentally. Lost of focus.

Now having the school term starting once again, i felt a need to start excelling again for the final lap in Republic Polytechnic before I actually graduate and go for national service. Time jus passes so fast. I need start mugging and training harder or else Im not improving already. *stress*

Gotta sleep already and prepare for tommorrow's lesson !

P.S. Sorry Doreen! Didnt meant to give you attitude just now. Was just too stressed up about school stuffs. Sorry !!!
